Meet the Owners
Pro-Spect is the passion project of Wes and Kristy Mast, who value customer satisfaction and better living. Pro-Spect has seen a period of tremendous growth and positivity under its leadership. It all started when these high-school sweethearts got married in 2003. Their love for their 4 adorable children makes them travel a lot. But in 2021, they settled in Lake Wales and bought a house there. They realized the issues homeowners run into. They proactively help fellow homeowners lead a stress-free life, which led to Pro-Spect’s growth from a 2 person business to 50-strong. They oversaw this growth in DE/MD/PA and are expanding to help Florida’s homeowners lead better lives.
Kristy’s Master of Education Degree in School Leadership from Wilmington University is crucial to setting Pro-Spect as the industry leader. Wes’s Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Wilmington University is helping grow Pro-Spect at an unprecedented rate. Wes and Kirsty also help businesses with their coaching and consulting.
