Tia started with Pro-Spect in 2017 as a Marketing Representative and grew into Leadership. Tia has been instrumental in growing Pro-Spect’s systems and processes over the years. She is passionate about our client experience and strongly believes what Pro-Spect offers is so much more than an inspection report! Tia is a student of Leadership, including understanding personality types, communication, and psychology, and she also has a background as a Realtor!
Tia and her husband Kyle have been together for 11 years and have 5 children in a wonderful, blended family. Their oldest daughter is a grad student at the University of Florida. Go GATORS! Kyle is a Navy veteran, an avid hunter and an outdoorsman. He is an amazing Home Inspector and cares deeply for people and about his quality of work. Tia and Kyle consider themselves avid “foodies” and love to camp.

Brian is a lifelong resident of Polk County. He was born and raised in Lake Wales and has fond memories of growing up and attending high school there. He moved to Lakeland in 2001 while pursuing a career at Publix, where he met his wife, Ashley. Brian and Ashley have three young children: Michael, Samuel, and Eden. After buying and selling a few homes and rental properties in the area, Ashley and Brian decided to build their dream home on the outskirts of Plant City, FL. They are heavily involved in the Children’s Ministry at their Church, where Ashley is on staff. Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and children and the many animals on their hobby farm. Brian believes authentic leadership is the key to successful employees and a better business. He enjoys training and developing the next generation of leaders and applies that philosophy in everything he does.

Meet Kelly, the Associate Director of the Pro-Spect Service Center! She comes to us from the restaurant industry, so she is no stranger to customer service. Twelve years of customer service has taught her all about what the customer wants and needs. She takes pride in her communication skills and strives to go above and beyond for everyone who crosses her path. Kelly’s goal is to ensure smooth implementation of processes and systems as well as acting as a liaison to the leadership team. While she is not working, you can catch Kelly watching Harry Potter, listening to music, or enjoying time with her husband and daughter.

Krista ensures top level customer service on the phones and makes sure every client interaction starts with WOW! Her passion is watching her team learn, grow, and become more confident in their roles as Experience Coordinators. She began working in the inspection industry in 2013 and came to us with a prior background as a real estate support specialist. She is also a licensed Realtor in Pennsylvania/New Jersey! Krista is a mom of a smart & sassy little girl named Gianna. In her free time, she enjoys reading as well as spending time with her daughter and dog, Roxy.

Brad oversees the Pro-Spect Service Center, which provides support to all Pro-Spect locations in multiple states. The PSC includes Finances, Training, Human Resources, Call Center, Expansion, and Digital Marketing. Brad’s passion is leading and developing others and creating efficient processes to ensure each Pro-Spect location has what it needs to thrive. Brad knows that the efforts of his teams allow the ultimate delivery of an amazing home inspection experience for both Real Estate Agents and home-buying Clients. Brad is a licensed home inspector and previous business owner and has over 15 years of experience leading and managing large teams. Brad is actively involved in his church, previously holding a Director position there, and enjoys living at the beach, playing guitar, and traveling. He resides in Bethany Beach, Delaware, with his wife and three daughters.

Joe has been working with Pro-Spect since 2017 and enjoys inspecting all different types of houses. He loves that every inspection is different and is always ready to conquer any inspection he is met with. Joe has worked in the carpentry and construction fields for about 7 years and is trusted by our customers and his co-workers. When he was younger, he wanted to be a Singer, and he loved seafood. His favorite pastime is playing disc golf with his friends, and he admires people who can swing with the punches and stay calm in the face of adversity!

Vinny is our amazing Director of Field Operations here at Pro-Spect. He joined our team in early 2017 and has expanded his knowledge in the field ever since joining! He was previously in the US Marine Corps, where he learned how to manage his work ethic! Vinny has also worked in the Architectural Design Field for 15 years and oversaw all sorts of projects! When he was younger, Vinny wanted to be a boxer since he was always around the gym! Vinny also acts as our Honorary IT Department since he has great skills with electronics and computers! He enjoys Googling Random Topics to learn new things when he is not working, and his favorite foods include Pizza and Cheese Steaks!

Jose is an asset to the Pro-Spect team, and his years of experience in the Home Improvement field have given him an extra edge when inspecting homes. He used to own his own roofing business and has brought that knowledge to Pro-Spect! He enjoys working with other people who are just as passionate as he is and wanted to run his own businesses when he was younger. When he isn’t inspecting homes, he enjoys spending time with his family and enjoying his favorite cuisine, Colombian!

Chad joined our Pro-Spect family after being in the construction field for 38 years! Through this experience, he has become very knowledgeable in problem solving, which helps him greatly when he is on an inspection! He loves investigating different aspects of the home when he is on an inspection and passing on his knowledge to our clients! Chad is also a master DJ for different types of ceremonies! He loves spending time with his children and would love to go surfing in Hawaii!

Matt has an Associate’s degree in new construction technology and has worked in building related trades for about 8 years! His favorite part of the home inspection is inspecting the exterior and the roof! When he was younger, he wanted to be a paleontologist. He learned many tricks of the trade and is very knowledgeable about residential homes! Kayla joined Pro-Spect in 2016. In her own words, “Being a Client Care Coordinator for Pro-Spect has been nothing short of an adventure! This team has given me a chance to grow into the best version of myself. I am constantly learning new things and what’s better than helping a client during one of the most important purchases of their lives? Since working at Pro-Spect, I was lucky enough to buy my first home. After I bought my first home, then came the dog! Lincoln, a Hungarian Vizsla who is attached to my hip. The generosity and support of the Pro-Spect Team helped allow me to become a certified Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania/New Jersey. I can’t wait to continue to grow with this company and watch all of our goals turn into reality!
